My dress arrived promptly- it is of good quality material great fit I will enjoy wearing it as a dress or a kimono jacket with a top and trousers. Will definitely be shopping again with Angeleye.

I placed an order which I unfortunately had to return. I emailed them to state I didn’t receive a returns label with my order to be told they forgot to include this. I asked if I could please have one posted out to me as soon as possible to be told they can’t and to print it out myself at the post office. Other suppliers go out of their way to make the returns as easy as possible for the the customer. They need to improve the returns process, at the very least offer to post out a returns label since they had forgotten to include it!

Have to say I loved the quality of dresses I ordered just the colour wasn’t as I expected, still lovely but not what I was looking for, the delivery was so so quick as was the refund, the returns where so easy , I find a lot of company’s returns a chore now having to print stuff out be not with angeleye 🤗 thanks again

I ordered a dress on the Monday for an event at the weekend. Sadly the wrong dress was sent which was received on the Wednesday. I contacted customer service who where more than helpful. I sent the dress back via their returns, and emailed proof of postage upon receiving this they then dispatched the correct dress on a next dsy service ensuring I had the correct dress in time. I cannot praise this companies customer service highly enough

This is based purely on my experience and not on the quality of the products. I had my eye in a dress for a wedding but it was continually out of stock therefore I registered with Angeleye to be notified as soon as it was back in stock. Sure enough, was emailed a couple of weeks later and I immediately went on to the website and ordered the dress. Received an order number, delivery in 2/3 days, excellent I thought. Woke up the next morning to an email from them to say ‘sorry we have cancelled your order due to the item being out of stock’. So, where did the dress go that was in my basket and I ordered the night before ?? Very disappointed ☹️

I ordered a dress & the order was processed. Two days later I received an automated message saying the dress was not in stock, despite the website still indicating it was! No apology.
Poor service. Even worse website

The fit of your clothes and the quality of your cuts are quite remarkable. I found your brand by chance in a local stockist and loved your satin range so much I found you online. I have two dresses and a blouse that are just timeless.
I really adore your colour range of ivory, green and navy; the style, femininty are movie star panache.
I have to say you are so so inexpensive which has taken me by surprise.
Really lovely stuff.

Bought a dress only to get a message a few days later that it is not in stock

The customer care lady Mathilde was very friendly and responded to my query very quickly and even answered questions not related to same!! Thank you very much!!

Experience excellent with customer service, only downside was customs via An Post looking for 60€ extra probably due to Brexit. I didnt pay it so lost out on lovely dress.

Love their clothes, the fit and material is always spot on and fab styles!

I found this site to be efficient - kept me updated re order and delivery was within timescale stated on website. I’m very pleased with dress chosen. I had read other reviews and would agree that sizes are small. I went one size up and fit was perfect. I would recommend and would purchase again from this website.

Paid for item, received an email two days later refunding me as it was now out of stock. Poor service. Puts me off ordering from sites like this.
