Quick delivery, good communication and the dress I ordered was as described. I even liked how they recommended whether to size up, down or true to size. In my case the description said size up so I did and it fit perfectly. Thank you!

Gave it 3 stars as I liked everything about it apart from the size. Arrived promptly good service, I so much wanted it to be the dress I was looking for wedding, it fitted the bill style and colour just perfect but sadly it was small 16 it would have been great if you went up to 18 I have seen many similar dress on the internet they were either sleeveless or short sleeve or v-neck which I didn’t want so when I saw this dress I was over the moon as I have been hunting for long time but only to be disappointed due to sizing. It was going to go back till my sister saw she kept the dress. My hunt goes on

Dress fell apart after 1 wear the majority of the embellishment fell off before I had even got out of the taxi. Clearly caused-by loose threads that had not been secured properly. Emailed company to report it as faulty and was told they do not have a returns policy for clothes that have been worn, despite it being faulty. I would think this surely breeches some kind of trading standards and demonstrates appalling customer service. I was offered a 15% discount for a dress that was well over £100 and can only be worn once, which is in no way comparable. Would not use again dress is cheap and poorly made for money.

Would of definitely got a 5* but I didn’t hear back.

My dress arrived promptly- it is of good quality material great fit I will enjoy wearing it as a dress or a kimono jacket with a top and trousers. Will definitely be shopping again with Angeleye.

I placed an order which I unfortunately had to return. I emailed them to state I didn’t receive a returns label with my order to be told they forgot to include this. I asked if I could please have one posted out to me as soon as possible to be told they can’t and to print it out myself at the post office. Other suppliers go out of their way to make the returns as easy as possible for the the customer. They need to improve the returns process, at the very least offer to post out a returns label since they had forgotten to include it!

Have to say I loved the quality of dresses I ordered just the colour wasn’t as I expected, still lovely but not what I was looking for, the delivery was so so quick as was the refund, the returns where so easy , I find a lot of company’s returns a chore now having to print stuff out be not with angeleye 🤗 thanks again

I ordered a dress on the Monday for an event at the weekend. Sadly the wrong dress was sent which was received on the Wednesday. I contacted customer service who where more than helpful. I sent the dress back via their returns, and emailed proof of postage upon receiving this they then dispatched the correct dress on a next dsy service ensuring I had the correct dress in time. I cannot praise this companies customer service highly enough
