went to work for them on Sept 15- this company must be a DEI garbage company -they will not use a phone at all -just email and text.

I put in all my hours and asked to be tax exempt. They shorted me 3 hrs of pay and took taxers out and NEVER sent a Pay stub.

On Nov 6th resubmitted the 3 hrs and they still have not paid me. No email nothing !!!

Now I have to contact my congressman and I will report them to the Fed trade commission -they are crooks

I had an orientation with Andvaris a few days ago. The orientation was supposed to be an hour to 2 hours. It ran to about 4 hours. I needed help with an issue, Antoni said that he would help me but the moment he said that the connection from the orientation was lost. I tried e mailing Antoni several times and I can not get a response. I feel like I got played...I'm glad i didn't complete the background check for this company because my trust is lost with them. If it's like this before me working there I cant even imagine the confusion during working there...not worth the stress✌🏽

Beware!!!!!!!!!! So I paid 9.99 for a background check, completed my drug test and according to Arise, I passed all test!!! This company booted me without any prior notification prior to orientation that you don't get paid for!!! On top of that, they wanted to take 50.00 put of every check on the 9th and 24th every month for fees!!! This company is ran by two brother's and one is really sweet and conceiving and the other is rude and lacks proper manners. I had even recommended 3 friend's to apply but I'm glad that I was able to see this companies real colors prior to starting. I emailed one of the brothers to see if there was mistake made and it is 4 day's and still not response!!! I will be contacting the BBB on their behalf as well. This job seemed too good to be true and it was definitely that! They deleted so many CSR comments as well as if they we're hiding the companies truth to all of the newbies. There are way better companies like TeleTech, Sykes and many other legitimate companies to work from home for that come with real benefits and job security!!!

I trained on the Arise platform with this IBO for 30 days. Five days ago (my week before QA) I got kicked out of my class. Zedrick and Antoni at Andvaris both reassured me for days that the issue I had with my drug test results would be and then were “fixed”. I had to speak with First Advantage, who confirmed several times, that my drug test was a pass in their system and my prescription was verified. I was then sent an SOW to sign by Andvaris last Friday, 7/12/2019. On Monday, yesterday, 7/15/2019 my SOW was signed and I was sent a verified copy. I was still however, unable to log into my class. I was reassured up until 5:44PM by Zedrick that Arise had fixed the issue and that I would be able to log back into class. The last time I checked last night was at 11:45 PM. I still was not able to log in. On Bitrix24 I messaged Zedrick to let him know this fact. I attempted to log into class today, 7/16/2019 and still could not; I also was not able to log into Bitrix24 any longer. I then noticed an email from Zedrick stating my contract was terminated. I was not given any reason, warning, or simple common courtesy. I have called, left messages, emailed, chatted all without the decency of a reply. If a company is not able to find a resolution they do not string some along for days and then just terminate them with the ineptitude to not explain why or come through with their promises of getting me on with another client “and make this right”. I’m a single mother who spent my time taking this class and this effects my livelihood and my daughter’s in so many ways!

Andvaris in my opinion are hands down impeccable! They are always available,always willing to help and do a great job at making it very comfortable and easy with transitioning into your position!

Best IBO is Advaris. The IBO ran like a business should be run. We always get a prompt response when asking a question and immediate action taken when in need of a assistance. Very open with information and a community of peers who can answer questions about the different clients offered so there is never a lack of help or support with Advaris.

Andvaris Arise, I just started with you all on 01/29/2018, But I am enjoying the experience. You guys are so nice no matter when I have a question you guys always have the time to answer whatever question I have and if Antoni is out of the office he will ask me to speak with Zedrick. I am so glad that I am working with you guys. I am so glad you all excepted me thank you so much.

I have loved working with these guys. They are always honest and up front about the work, they are always ready to go to bat for me! I get paid what I deserve and can decide my own schedule! I've never been happier or had more support from a job in my life! :)
