Everpure filter head
Andrews sent the replacement filter head very quickly, but FedEx decided to keep trying to deliver it when I wasn't in so Jack at Andrews helped me to chase it up. Then when I couldn't quite work out how to fit the filter cartridge Sam patiently took me through it so now I have a new working filter head and cartridge. Great customer service all round.
