Afspraken gemaakt over de leverperiode…
Afspraken gemaakt over de leverperiode en per mail laten bevestigen. Afspraken niet nagekomen. Goede service tot aan de betaling, daarna krijg je te horen "Sorry meneer, maar wij regelen niets voor je".
Ook de belofte 'Verzending binnen 24 uur' gaat pas wanneer zij de betaling hebben verwerkt en dat is dus wanneer zij willen, loze belofte dus.

Made agreements about the delivery period and have it confirmed by e-mail. Appointments not fulfilled. Good service until payment, then you will hear "Sorry sir, but we will not arrange anything for you".
Also the promise 'Shipping within 24 hours' only comes when they have processed the payment and that is when they want, so empty promise.
