Complete SCAM don't order from them. If you place an order expect to be scammed!!!!!

I ordered 3 robes from them and received 2. After a month or more I requested a refund for the outstanding robe. They had charged my PayPal account for the completed order and kept charging me every month again for the missing robe. I contacted them and they said they issued a refund for the missing robe but they didn't and have charged me for 3 more I didn't order or want.

SCAMMERS..

Don't order can't even pay online when I try IT SAYS I OWE NOTHING and when i call customer service they try to get me to pay over phone not doing it when I put the account # in amerimark they can't find me online it says I OWE NOTHING ...not giving up no #'s over phone and can't find me online not happening....

Do not order from here!!!!

Do not order from here!!!!! This is a flat out scam The clothes are the worst material , tearing at the seams and there is no way to get a refund. Worst customer service experience, when I originally placed my order it took three minutes to order take my card Information and take my money but when calling for help for a return or replacement for poor quality I waited AN HOURRRRR just to be transferred to another representative and never got one.

Rep opening accounts without customer knowledge

I have been an Amerimark customer for at least 5 years. The past 3 months has been the worst experience I have ever had with the company. Agens opening additional accounts under my name without my knowledge or permission. I was told today there are 3 different accounts under my name. I have been just advised I have a late payment on an account I never opened. I have repeatedly for months asked to speak with a supervisor. None of the representatives will get me to one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Fake membership added on without my knowledge. Just noticed that I have been charged every month since an order back in March 2020. I have no membership in anything have not received anything from the company only this monthly charge. Have read many online complaints about this company for this fraudulent activity. As I have access to legal services I will be pursuing this for a full refund and will be reporting it to the BBB and as a felony fraud incident I see already that there is a class action lawsuit in another state regarding the same issue. Shame on you AmeriMark.com!

I strongly recommend you never order…

I strongly recommend you never order from this company. I made 2 orders, 5 items on one (169.98) and 2 items seconds later (88.98). Its been 4 weeks and I've received 2 items. No customer service, they blame ever thing on covid. The items are very much trash. For instance a tilt table I bought: I put a glass of milk and a plate of bacon and eggs on. The weight which was 2.1 lbs and snapped the top off in less than 34 seconds while I was toasting bread. The pots and pans from the heat of cooking cracked the glass lid and both handles fell off each pan while cooking. $25.00 table $95.00 pans. Oh, I forgot, I got a glow in the dark tiny little clock that has no instructions. Supposed to have an alarm, but I tried everything and can't figure out how to turn it on or it doesn't work, customer service was clueless. It glows for about 10 minutes even after sitting it in bright light 22 hours. Battery case is not made right. Had to jam battery in and it probably will never come out. Every thing sold is shoddy craftsmanship and extremely overpriced for the quality (or lack of) you receive. Customer service is rude, brief and just reads scripted answers repetitively. Cannot find any reason to recommend them. From the looks of the rest of the reviews I see that I'm not alone. Please save your money and pass on this company.

Bad experience

Amerimark is the worst company to order from. To make a long story short, I got an order placed for 2 pair of shoes, and after not receiving them (tracking said they had been shipped) I tried to “chat” with someone. That was a laugh. So I called customer service and was told that both of these shoes were discontinued now and not available. When I asked for a supervisor she said they were all busy. This lady was VERY hard to understand her language. She told me I could call “credit services” so I did. She couldn’t help me but she transferred me to someone who could. Well, this rep could not either. But she did say my shoes ARE available and she “guarantees” I will have them in 7-10 days. I am not holding my breath. I am also not ordering from Amerimark ever again!!

This company sucks

This company sucks , they charge you for some membership fee that you don't even know you have. Very frustrating. I have called numerous times and told them that I have no membership fee ..I never signed up for any membership.. yet you still get harassing bills in mail . Very pissed . Do not order from them its a scam !!!

What A Joke. Is it not enough we all have to jump through these ridiculous hoops regarding Covid-19. These greedy losers charge a Covid-19 surcharge. I will never purchase anything from this company.

Poor Quality and Service

lI ordered 2 cotton gowns in my usual size as the description said they ran ' true to size', even though these were 'on back order' for approximately 30 days. After a Long wait with no Delivery or Notification I tried to track my Order. Couldn't track it because I had logged in as a Guest. When they Finally arrived they were much too small. Per their instructions I returned them via USPS, paying the Shipping myself. After a week with no refund I notified Paypal. Then I got a Refund for less than what I was due. Spoke to a Rep (with barely decipherable English) she said I'd be receiving another refund, but the amount was Still short by $5.00.
Thinking I'd give them one more chance I placed another order, adjusting the size since the initial items ran small. When they arrived they were 'way too large. Upon seeing how they were made it seemed as if they were made in 2 pieces so that they could be quickly altered to fit by shortening the shoulder straps.
The gown part was still much too voluminous, but I did not want to attempt another return.
I have learned my lesson & will never order from Amerimark again & I advise other Shoppers to do likewise!!

I have had a number of poor products…

I have had a number of poor products delivered from their Beauty Boutique makeup catalogue over the past year, and will never order from AmeriMark again. The products are either outdated, or dried up, or of poor quality; heck with the discount prices. You truly do get what you pay for...junk.

Used to Like This Company

I ordered my size. The item was too big. I called to complain. I was told they would pay the return shipping, just put their return label on my package and mail it. I got it back from the post office asking for postage. I emailed Amerimark and was told to just take it to the post office and tell them they would pay for the return. Ha! The label was not set up that way. I paid to return the item. Now I’ll wait for a refund.

Great Service From The Beginning

Great Service From The Beginning. Every time I've ordered from Amerimark my orders were prompt and the merchandise has always been above my expectations. Sometimes it's good to adhere to ratings and then there are times that you just have to test the waters for yourself. I read several negative reviews regarding Amerimark and realized that they're the SELLER of merchandise NOT the manufacturer and believe that any defect issues or dissatisfaction should be directed towards the maker(s) not the seller(s). Amerimark is an outstanding company with great service.
