Do not order from this company. I ordered and then returned a couple items using PayPal. Returning from out of town, I discovered they have been deducting monthly from my pay pal account. I called 2 different “customer service” numbers, the last of which gave me a third number which turned out to be a doctors office. Total scam.

Unethical practices committed by Amerimark along with Paypal's help. My package was not deliverable because it was damaged in transit. I purchased through Paypal. Paypal's resolution process makes the consumer expound on each item bought along with its purchase price. But it allows no place to put shipping and other fee costs. So in the end I only recovered for each item's cost; not shipping, fees, and tax. Buyers using Paypal resolution should factor in shipping costs and fees into each individual item's cost listed since Paypal is doing immediate refunds instead of contacting Amerimark--I guess its some sort of arrangement with them as the process is different than it used to be. I contacted Amerimark via customer service before contacting Paypal, never got a response. I have bought from Amerimark for years, but never again.

Ordered a gag gift via their catalog order form and enclosed a check. Received an email on May 2, 2022 stating the order was received. My check was cashed May 3. No further communication received except for daily solicitation for other merchandise. I called customer service The week of May 23 to inquire about the package. I was told that the item was no longer carried so they cancelled the order. No notifications, still cashed the check. I asked for a refund and was told that it was sent out on May 16 but would take a little longer because there is a holiday (May30??). It is now June 7 with no refund. I plan to make one more phone call. After that I am going to report the scam as mail fraud!

Absolute joke of a website. We ordered, the package was lost for a week and the first worker told me that I’m sol, we called instead of chat and they told us they’d send a replacement. Well that was lie, we got the actual package a few more days later. Also says on the magazine all orders come with a free gift, I even entered the catalog number to be sure. We didn’t get any free gift. Very disappointed with this company, I can see why your reviews are less than 2 stars. We will never purchase from you again. BEWARE!!!

Well, they put an ad on my tube dashboard, that had a pair of beaded mocassions in size 9 medium width,
that isn't my size. I require a wide width shoe boot or slipper.

Don't trust them. Interesting scammers. Bought two shirts too large. Returned them for a smaller size. They charge you $9.99 for using their return label. OK. However, they then did not send an exchange. Refunded me for the two, minus the $9.99. Then they say they have the smaller size I can order now. Then I loose the $9.99 and have to pay for the new order plus shipping!!!!! Again!!!! When I pointed this out to her, she hung up the phone.

Terrible company... I have tried and tried to have them refund my already returned merchandise. No refund. No followup on my emails. Be careful when you order online from WalMart. Lots of things on their website are not even sold by WalMart-- this is how I got cheated into buying something from AmeriMark, in the first place. Always look on the far right of WalMart's website in the checkout section to be sure of who is actually selling the item you thought you are ordering from WalMart... I've been trying to get my money back for 5 months!! With no answer and no results!!!

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A CROOK BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT FROM YOUR CARD AND MAKE YOU ONE OF THEIR MEMBERS WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. AFTER THAT THET WON'T RETURN YOUR MONEY NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO GET IT BACK UNLESS YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM SECOND TIME UNTIL THEN THEY WAIT TO DEDUCT OR ADJUST THAT MONEY FROM YOUR NEXT PURCHASE 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡

Their tracking services show delivered. There is no sign of the items delivered -- either in my mailbox or in my home front. They sure are scam. I asked them to refund my money and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I asked them for refund and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone stopped. Pay attention to their USPS tracking number -- it is 30 digits though USPS tracking numbers are usually only 22 digits. This was my first time buying from them and I lost all my money. I don't know if the credit card will even refund me this money.

A year or more ago I ordered from Anthony Richards. Immediately I started receiving AT LEAST 3 catalogs EVERY WEEK from them!!! I have called and called and called and called again trying to get the catalogs stopped ✋! Sometimes I have asked to speak to a supervisor. Each time I have been assured that I would no longer be receiving catalogs. After about a year of calling the catalogs did stop for awhile. But now they have started again! Received 1 a week or so ago, and then another one this last weekend! 😖 So.....now I have called AGAIN, and been assured AGAIN that the catalogs will stop. Guess time will tell. I like the product I bought from them but WILL NEVER order from them again because of all the unwanted catalogs.

This company uses Pitney Bowes as their shipper. Unfortunately, I've had the misfortune of other companies using Pitney Bowes as their shipper and their shipping service stinks! My order was received at Pitney Bowes' facility for shipping to USPS for final delivery on 2/02/22 where it sat for 3 DAYS until it was shipped to a second Pitney Bowes facility. It sat at this second PB facility for 5 DAYS ~ this second facility was only ONE STATE OVER from the first one! It left the THIRD facility on 2/10/22 and USPS STILL DOES NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE FOR FINAL DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH PITNEY BOWES' TRACKING SAYS IT'LL BE DELIVERED TO ME TOMORROW, 2/12/2022!!! Amerimark's website states the deliveries via standard shipping will arrive in 7-10 days. Tomorrow is the 10th day and as USPS still doesn't have the package, which will add another 2-3 days on the delivery time, it's going to be well past TWO WEEKS before I ever receive it! I contacted Amerimark's customer service who did absolutely NOTHING to help me. NEVER again will I ever order anything from Amerimark or any other company that uses Pitney Bowes as their shipper.

I surfed the net looking for a Diamond Deb nail file. The search found AmeriMark and the Diamond nail file which looked on-screen exactly like the Diamond Deb. However, it IS NOT, and the fact that it shows up on a Diamond Deb search, and the fact that it is called the Diamond, and the fact that it looks identical on-screen like the Diamond Deb is, of course, not an accident.; it is a con to get you to think that you are buying a Diamond Deb nail file. What I got was a really cheap (you can bend it), and a very coarse file which will split your nails. This company is not breaking any laws, but they are deliberately trying to cheat and con you. Be aware that this company can't be trusted.

well order pair shoes today i look at their site fought out my order was cancel i call them my credit card was declined, i call my bank they no such thing they did't n put in right way so went walmart and put order in it went thought with no problem still have wait for another phone call from them see straight up i if they don't i will call corporate office. i real bad at them.

This company kept taking money from my account, said they would stop then did it again. They finally refunded the money. This company is terrible, a scam, looking to rip you off!!!!

These people are scammers. They will charge you for a subscription call PERKS8445342290, which you did not authorized or purchase. You can call 100 times or more & they will tell you that the matter is resolved but it will NOT get resolved. They will continue to charge you & to add late fee charges if you don't pay. You will turn blue in the face & you will still get nowhere.

Wish I'd checked it out before I ordered from this company. The quality of what I received (robe) looks and feels like it came from a dollar store. It is awful. The sizing is HUGE. They add on a 'carrier surcharge' and 'priority replacement surcharge' to the price of the item. To return it costs half the price of the item, so I will donate it. Just know the fabric and quality of what you receive will likely be not what a reasonable person would expect! Ugh.

Do not order directly from this company, but it is okay to order their stuff on Amazon. They put false advertising banners on their website for free shipping and then will not honor the code on their banner right then. They charge additional fees beyond the normal shipping fees for surcharges and priority return fees that you can not opt out of. When you call customer support they claim they are going to get those things corrected for you, take all your credit card information and then just hang up on you without completing the order. I am just waiting to see what they charge to my credit card. I have no complaint with their merchandise, and much of it can be bought on Amazon without having to deal directly with this disreputable companies business practices. Amerimark and Anthony Richards are the same company.

I received 3 different kinds of women's clothing and all three fit perfectly and were very beautiful. I am so pleased with them, I will definitely order more from this company.

Poor customer service. Had a code for free shipping and handle. Agent did not honor it. Had to call in four times to resolve the matter.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST IN THE INTERNET. UPON RECEIVING A FIFTY DOLLAR ORDER THAT WAS MISREPRESENTED ONLINE, I CALLED TO RETURN IT AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WOULS BE A TEN DOLLAR RETURN FEE THAT I AGREED TO RELUCTANTLY BUT I AGREED. THE PACKAGE WEIGHED TWO POUNDS AND THET WASNTED ME TO PAY $63 SHIPPING. STAT CLEAR IF THEM COMPLETELY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
