This time my experience was on an exchange.
I hate to exchange anything and waste my time as well as the vendors. I mustered all the will I had and walked in to exchange my recently bought golf bag as its partions were not suitable for my club arrangement. The staff as always were welcoming and the experience was not as bad as I thought it would be. No questions asked . Polite and courteous

Great service
Went to the Thurrock branch to buy a Powakaddy. The member of staff was very helpful in explaining the difference between the various models and demonstrating how they worked. There was a problem registering the warranty and the staff went the extra mile and were able to register for us.
