No trouble to provide details on two products we were deciding between

I ordered online on Monday evening and was contacted by email the following morning to arrange delivery. Delivery was booked for Thursday, only a few days after ordering, and the entire process was seamless.

Communication was excellent, tracking was provided and accurate, and the delivery arrived as advised. From placing the order through to receiving it, everything was straightforward and efficient.

Really impressed with the overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Amart again.

Amart easy to deal with, once ordered online, the communication was fantastic by staff.
I received a call to say my products were ready to be picked up, and then the following day, I received another call from the pick up area staff member, to verify that it was for me, and my details were correct.

Excellent experience. Great choice and sales staff were amazing.

Advised of delivery date of 28/8 so organised to have the day off work. I then get a message from delivery people that my order was out for delivery on 24/8. 1 hour's notice is absolutely unacceptable. I work 1.5 hours from home and was impossible to get there to let the delivery people in with my large package. I needed to be at home so they could put my order inside as I live alone and am not able to move it by myself. It is still sitting outside waiting for someone to help me move it. I complained to Amart and I was told, well, you did say have it delivered to your front door, but that was on the assumption that I would be home on 28/8 (as advised by delivery people) to take delivery. I did speak to a representative to see if delivery could be rerouted to another day but that, of course, is not possible. I don't sit around all day just waiting for a delivery to turn up as I am employed full time.
