I had a great experience booking through them. They offered very competitive prices and some really good flight deals. Their customer service was excellent—they responded to my emails very quickly and were always helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, and the refund process was handled smoothly. There was a 15% cancellation fee, which I felt was reasonable given the circumstances, and the team clearly explained everything throughout the process.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely consider booking with them again.
