Wow. No exaggeration one of (if not the) best services I have experienced with a company. My children accidentally broke my glasses while playing. I found AlogaOmega online and the glasses were sent on Monday - arrived, fixed and posted back to me on the Tuesday - and arrived back to me perfectly fixed Wednesday morning! Total cost with postage a very reasonable £34. Have already recommended them to others. Very happy!

I accidentally stepped on my new gucci glasses and the arm broke off. Within 48 hours I had my glasses repaired and back with. Absolutely brilliant!!

I accidentally bent and pulled a hinge on my favourite old Rayban sunglasses and worried about whether they could actually be repaired. Spoke to Linda on the phone after sending photos in. She was so friendly and very helpful. I posted my glasses off on Saturday and received them back perfectly repaired, looking and feeling as good as new on Tuesday. What an amazing service. I would recommend this company very highly indeed.

Amazing customer service very quick to repair my beloved Dior sunglasses that are ancient and an arm had broken off a few years ago. Couldn't bring myself to throw them and so glad I didn't now! Top company. I am not usually someone that breaks their sunglasses. I wasn’t sure my Ray Ban Mr Burbanks could be saved and I was getting ready to buy another pair but the process for getting them fixed with alpha omega was excellent and very reasonably priced -cheaper than buying brand new. I was heartbroken thinking my favourite pair of glasses that I had gotten from Japan (and would have struggled to repurchase) were broken beyond repair, after I accidentally snapped one of the nose pad arms off whilst trying to adjust them (not more than a day after just getting them reglazed too!). All advice online said that kind of damage could rarely be fixed and usually warrants a new frame, which would have been expensive.

I was surprised when I got such a quick reply from AlphaOmega saying it could be fixed + a very reasonable quote. I was a little skeptical but figured I’d go ahead anyway as their reviews looked good, and if it went well then I wouldn’t need a whole new frame.

Got my glasses back literally about a week after I posted them, and I was so so relieved and happy when I saw they had been perfectly fixed with a bit of solder (admittedly the nose pad of the fixed arm was upside down for some reason, but thankfully I had the tools to unscrew and flip that back around quickly myself, so no big deal).

I’ve been wearing them daily for a few weeks now and have had zero issues with them feeling weak or fragile at all - they’re perfectly stable and you can’t see that it’s been fixed unless you look really closely. I am just beyond grateful that AlphaOmega fixed these and for such a fair price. Thank you so much.

David was absolutely fantastic! I brought in a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses that other places said couldn’t be repaired, but David sorted them out quickly and perfectly. Super friendly and helpful from start to finish. While I was there, I also picked up a pair of lovely Ray-Bans for my wife! They have a really great range of products. Sent off two pairs of specs for repair. One snapped in half at the nose, the other a very delicate titanium steel frame broken where the arm connected to the lens frame. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the job. Many thanks AlphaOmega.
