This company was shambles from start to finish. Pushed and pushed for a deposit as far was ready and they had lots of interest they said.

After taking the 1 and half hour drive like we were told to when we came to collect the car it was on ramps getting work done.

We got giving another car (petrol and pricey on fuel ) and where sent packing.

The level of customer care is appalling and once they got your money their tune changes.

They dropped my Range Rover evoque off with a coolant leak and the engine management light on with a hole in the plastic on the front and paint all over the interior leather!!!

It’s been 5 days since and the car is still yet to be recovered and is blocking somebody’s drive. All you get off them is well sort it.

There shouldn’t be anything To sort and get nothing but cheek on the phone off TREVOR…. Blanked 7 of my messages and then after telling him I’ve had 3 disabled kids car less he couldn’t care less.

Demanded me to tell the finance company’s the car was perfect before looking at it to release the money this is the definition of rogue traders

Luckily my aunty is a solicitor and I’m seeking full no win no fee legal advise

I have missed a trip I have spent £500 on due to them aswell as the taxi fayre 3 times a day at school.

Took a week to get my car I was meant to be gave me a different one and then dropped mine off in this state

70 % 1 star reviews should be enough to put yous off and due to the mess the finance company I used will never work with this garage again

Please be aware of this company, they tell you what you want to hear for you to buy the vehicle but then they go back on what they have told you after purchase eg. I bought a Jaguar I-Pace from them after being told by Michael it had been fitted with a full brand new battery but after a month of having the car I started having battery issues to then be told it wasn't a new battery it had been fitted with, it had just had a cell replacement. This is now going down legal channels at our cost, I don't doubt that we will win the case but it is stress that we didn't need when buying an expensive car. I just don't want anyone else to fall into the same trap.

We have bought several cars here over the last 15 years and have been delighted with the fast response to queries and any issues were resolved quickly too.

Bought a car from here online to be delivered and was told the vehicle had a full service history, two keys, was immaculate and well looked after, and had just been serviced.

What I received: no service history paperwork since 2019 (4 years), a 2nd non-working key from a different vehicle, and a car that broke down after 4 days (28 miles) due to a non serviceable battery that needed replacing at my cost.

Was told they'd sort these issues every time I called but they never called or emailed back. Only when going through an Alternative Dispute Resolution with the AA Standards they're signed up to, did they have to cough up to all they'd promised. Woeful, with no intention of fixing any issues they may have missed/caused. How they're still signed up to AA Standards is beyond me.
