Purchased carpets from this company. Went to collect and was told my carpets had been lost. Took over 6 months of going back and forth. In the end I took a partial refund and shopped elsewhere. Shocking customer service and attitude from the manager at the Derby branch. Avoid at all costs.
I made a purchase. I was sent a fake YSL purse. I requested to return the fake purse. They played message tag, then said it was to late to return their fake purse. They eventually gave me a credit for the amount, but when I tried to use the credit to order something else, the order was excepted until the next day. The next day, they sent me a message saying I had to pay an additional $60 for tarrifs in order to place the order. My order was only $82.
This is the worst investing company ever with no support. All the agents is brain dead. To attempt a withdrawel you will pay fees till you die. You will never see your profit.

Said they had to issue the refund back to my account through their accounts dept as cant be done in store.
They now keep saying its been refunded but ive had no refund.
