I ordered samples and assumed they’d be complete notebooks so I was a bit surprised that they were only covers! But they were gorgeous covers so I’m really excited to order full notebooks soon! I have called them a few times and they have been very kind and helpful!

Always helpful, and really quick service!

Apart from presenting a site that I could navigate, with clear explanations of each product at every level, I was able to phone with a query and get a prompt reply. My order was produced to an excellent quality and arrived in time. Will definitely return for future orders.

I ordered some pre-printed card-catch stickers. Because of a mix up on Local Printer's end of things these weren't dispatched for several weeks. However, when I emailed for an eta I got a prompt and friendly email apologising for the mix-up and the stickers were with me around 3 days later. And they're ace. Thanks!

Really pleased with my stickers, lovely quality and easy to apply

On the whole, the service is very good. However, when faced with an issue with one of my designs that were printed, they didn't resolve it in the way I had requested but in the end offered me a refund for the design I was unhappy with, which was still much appreciated. As a small business I can't afford to potentially make losses due to a design problem with my products so it was frustrating that a reprint couldn't happen, however, I will make the best of the situation in this case.

All in all, I do rate this company well for their commitment to sustainability and being the first eco print company in the UK, so I am still happy to have worked with them and may still work with them in the future.

Just be aware that they don't fully fulfil their promise about resolving design issues to the expected resolution for the customer although they do express their understanding and do offer compensation which is much better than not getting anything at all.

Edit: they have explained why a reprint was not possible due to them having to trial and error and it possibly being worse than the first print, so I am happy with this.
