Prompt Customer Service and delivery
I received very prompt communication from Miranda when I had a query regarding the receipt of my proofs. Unfortunately, the emails had gone directly to my email junk inbox and this was not immediately clear on the website and so the order was delayed a little. Once approved my order arrived very quickly. Loved the quality of the eco-friendly paper and happy with the options available. Thanks very much!

The cut on the edges were quite rough
The cut on the edges were quite rough, as I can see white bits on the edges of the card. The printing for the back of my swing tag was not equal.

Further to your email I understand that you have been speaking with my colleague with regards to the chipped edges on your tags and that we are going to reprint them for you. Unfortunately some printed products with full cover digital toners can chip on the edges due to movement in transit. We will ensure your reprinted tags will be better packaged.

Top Quality, Efficient, Eco-Friendly Company.
I've been using A Local Printer for years, for postcards and business cards, and they always do outstanding work, but this is the first time I've ordered a giant poster from them and I am equally impressed.
Not only is the poster beautifully made, it was here within a few days, postage free! Very very happy indeed.

Really good online service
I ordered 500 Kraft cards from A Local Printer and found their online ordering system really easy to use. The proof was sent to me within 24 hours and the cards within 5 working days after proof approval. I am really happy with the quality of the print and the Kraft cards.

Good product, bad service
The final product was good but I'm afraid the customer service wasn't. There was a fault on my proofs which was down to your error, which luckily I spotted. I had to contact you twice about it before I got a reply, then I received no apology at all just a short email telling me to approve the new proofs (with error removed). I would worry about trusting you with my designs again.
