First of all, do not publicly share my review. I haven't received my most recent order yet. This happened last time so I couldn't send a review of the contents. Once again, I missed out one something I would have preferred when making my choices. I understand you don't have a crystal ball for predicting how many items to pre-order.This has been a challenge for me. Your website isn't easy to navigate for this information. Typically I give the things I get as gifts. There have been a few things that I was disappointed in. The scent of a couple of things was not pleasant.I few towels seemed cheap. The recent ocean beach theme didn't excite me. I really appreciate the strong women lead and fairtrade businesses you support. That is why I originally signed up. I LOVE the boxes!

I have been a member of Alltrue since 2018. The products are good and the packaging and magazine insert are great. Over the years, it seems like the boxes have less items. Overall, I feel good about supporting sustainable and worldwide products.

I only had to contact customer service a few times. Each time, I quickly received the information I needed!
I like the products from the Alltrue boxes and shopping the market place. I do miss shopping the “bundles” at the market place.

Positive!
I really enjoy the positive initiative focus of this subscription. I find the value to be worth it as the choice experience is fun and I rarely ever dislike something I’ve received whether it be for me or as a gift. There is variety, and I like the magazine with additional fun things to spark change.

As a Canadian the Delivery timeline is getting better.
Is there a way to track delivery day?
I wish that extras and marketplace orders could be bundled or cheaper to Canada.
The yearly renewal charge to my credit card was moved up 3 months this year and I still had half this year to order. Could you put this charge date on my account so I know next year.
