I love the most of the products Alltrue supports and sells but the delay in shipping for market orders is ridiculous. I am not expecting Amazon type delivery but the fact that I ordered over $200 worth of products in February and it still has not shipped yet is ridiculous. I keep on checking the status and I’ve emailed complaints in the past but it has not improved. I used to recommend Alltrue to friends and co-workers but they really need to figure out their logistics and communicate better for ordered made over 60 days.

Love the products and their stories of helping women in needy countries

The curated gift box always makes me look forward to a new season! I have been with Alltrue for years and am very happy with the service including being able to choose which items I want.

I like being able to pick the items, wish they had more to select from at times. When I have had questions or trouble with an item, they (support people) are always quick to respond,

They are not prone to mistakes, but when they do happen they have made dealing with them and fixing things effortless and pleasant, with real human beings. The quality of the product’s has been excellent. My only quibble is that the Cause Box has the occasional inevitable beauty product [not my jam] but that’s just me. Not gonna rain on the parades of those for whom that’s a plus.

The quality of items in the box is lessening over the last year. There was some snafu in the “time to make choices” emails sent. I was never able to login and was very disappointed in the selections made for me.

Enjoy the variety and quality of the products offered; pricing has improved recently.

I love supporting local/small businesses and artisans with the unique products.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes things come broken as delivery people aren't always careful with the box.

The offerings of Alltrue have definitely declined in quality and choice.

Have liked this service over the last couple of years, but have been finding that there aren’t many new products in current boxes. Planning to cancel after my annual is up this year.

I subscribed with the aim of helping out third world artisans. Mostly I get junk, and will be so happy when my subscription is finished.

First of all, do not publicly share my review. I haven't received my most recent order yet. This happened last time so I couldn't send a review of the contents. Once again, I missed out one something I would have preferred when making my choices. I understand you don't have a crystal ball for predicting how many items to pre-order.This has been a challenge for me. Your website isn't easy to navigate for this information. Typically I give the things I get as gifts. There have been a few things that I was disappointed in. The scent of a couple of things was not pleasant.I few towels seemed cheap. The recent ocean beach theme didn't excite me. I really appreciate the strong women lead and fairtrade businesses you support. That is why I originally signed up. I LOVE the boxes!

Easy to navigate the website, the options are easy to find and look at. I love the product offerings.
