Absolutely love it, even better in person. it's so so soft! Perfect length on me since I have a very long torso, I really wanted a black denim blazer that was long for so long! I can't believe I got this on sale too and it's 100% person cotton, this couldn't be better than if I had designed it myself and checks all the boxes! True to size but if you like extra room or want a sweater underneath, size up. I sized up from 4 to 6 and it's perfect to fit something under in winter, but for now looks good with just a thin shirt for the cold office in summer. Buy it!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, returned 1 due to ill fitting.
The barcode sent to me for the Return was not readable by the Post Office due to the dark background of the email.
Poor marketing design and did not think of how the user receives the barcode. It took a long time at the post office to sort it out

The top is great. Beautiful 'fit' and material. However, I had to return the small size to get the XS! I assume this is a trend in sizing whereby average sized people like me needs to go 2 sizes down. I've noticed the same thing with other retailers. The return and deliveries(s) were efficient too.

No help for customers with disabilities…
My delivery from All Saints was due today and I clearly stated I have mobility issues and need the parcel delivered to my home where I have been waiting to receive it. Despite having a policy on delivery for disabled consumers, your driver always ignores any instructions and delivers to a concierge in a different building. This is quite shocking behaviour from such a large organisation that claim to support customers with disabilities.
