Products are amazing, communication could be better
I always loved AS products and its impeccable quality at affordable prices. I am a frequent customer. However, with my recent order, it was as straight forward as it used to be. I really expected better.
To begin with, I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my order until few days after. I had to contacted AS to be able to receive a confirmation. Which should have be an immediate thing.
Secondly, it actually took longer than I expected to receive my orders. It took almost a week. Usually a day or two.
Saying all that, the items were amazing quality as always and had no problems with that. Excellent packaging as well.

I don't like that the products from my orders are coming separately and by different time. It is not easy or comfortable to keep an eye on 8 different products for example....
