FLEUDELUXE.

I ordered my wife a bouquet of white roses and freesias and the confirmation order stated very clearly that they would be delivered on 05.09.26. Excellent as this was my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately they arrived yesterday 04.09.26! Good you might say but not why I ordered them for the precise date of her birthday and this bouquet was exactly the same bouquet as she had for our wedding and often refers to them. The advert showed 10 roses and 7 freesias. We received 9 roses and 4 freesias. In addition it is likely that my wife who is 77 years old may not see a further birthday because she suffers from Alzheimer’s! This leaves me very disappointed and angry at the same time! I don’t like being taken for a ride especially at my expense! Finally, I emailed ALL OCCASIONS FLOWERS/FLEUDELUXE about this fiasco but no response and not even an apology!
