Purchased travel insurance online with AllClear, which was a straightforward, simple to understand process.

Excellent service, everything clearly explained and not rushed

The agents that dealt with my application were lovely. Charming, knowledgeable, attentive and respectful.
The reason for only two stars purely to the circa £900 in excess of the circa £700 already accepted to marginally alter my policy. I would respectfully ask that I am not presented with a long explanation because I’m sure somewhere you are in a position to do this.
Of course I expected a fee but this came as a shock.

Simple painless quote engine and so easy to choose the right cover that is best suited to you. I liked the openess and transparency of the cover details too. I also felt as someome who has some medical conditions to declare that it wasn't overly complicated to do that and was not left feeling victimised like some companies do. All in all a great experience and to top it off very competive premiums. I have just taken out this holiday insurance cover and hope not to have to use it at all but I have a feeling that I will bve treated fairly and quickly.

From the time I rang the number and spoke to Mat I was impressed. Mat was extremely professional but also very friendly. I will never use another travel insurance again. I have no hesitation in recommending Allclear insurance to my friends and family.
