Great customer service

I am unable to get my policy as I seem to need a password that I do not have. Also, It seems to be very expensive considering what friends have paid, but cannot check until I can get the policy.

Kieran who took my call was very helpful, and informative and dealt with my queries to my complete satisfaction

Easy to sort out travel insurance
1st gentleman was very professional and kind, helping us. Said an email would arrive detailing policy docs etc. After a week it hadn't arrived so rang customer services. A different gentleman looked into it. He found that our email address / name had been recorded wrongly. Wrong spelling of 2nd name...
The gentleman apologised for his colleagues mistake. Amended and arranged for policy docs to be emailed to me.
I was getting really worried as we are going away on Friday.
