very disappointed in call center
very disappointed in call center, already made 2 calls now need to call them back 2 more times because my husband gave permission done his POI and said yes to what needs doing as his the main account holder, but now they need to speak to him again to get his permission again but he had left, after an hour on phone I need to make 2 more calls because I cant update something as well until I actually move so another call is required.

I have had a problem with those company since my husband died and I have been trying to get this account in my own name and with all the benefits we were receiving before. I received poor infornation, I have had my legacy solar contract reduced to 4 cents and I have had to fight to get the credit transferred to my account Very poor service and I am sick of hearing platitudes re my husbands death , then veing treated abysmally. Very poor conduct. Now I am sitting here with no electricity for already four hours so you can reconnect under a different name I only gave one star because there was not any lower scorr

I normally don't have time for these calls and can have trust issues giving info over the phone etc but l also know the different utilities companies only offer the good deals to new customers and getting a 640 gas bill for 2 in small unit l thought I'd at least listen and l could tell the call centre guy called Eddy was knowledgeable and wasn't scam type questions and over a few minutes he got a better provider and just the 640 gas bill now will change to almost 200 cheaper! At 450 it's around 33% cheaper so can't think how it could've been quicker or cheaper

Just changed to Alinta. I was promised 4c feed in tariff for my solar. Welcome pack arrived no mention of solar. On making enquiries I am told its 2c feed in tariff. This was deliberately done to get me to change suppliers. I wont be with you for long Alinta
