I found that you must research the companies that are possibilities for your needs, I have found that the platform is easy to use and was lucky enough to find an excellent manufacturer.

My package arrived today, exactly within the promised delivery time. It was completely on time. When I opened the package, I was amazed. They are truly beautiful and high quality.

I went ahead and purchased a mini excavator on alibaba .After paying all the fees ,it was four thousand dollars which was a good deal. Once the product arrived months later to the united states , I didn't account for $2800 dollars in fees.
The unit was flagged by customs because it was missing an EPA.Label for the gas engine because of this issue.I have to pay extra storage fees until it cleared.

If I had to do it all over again , I wouldn't , I would find something here locally in the united states even was used for 7k

I am a 4 year alibaba customer.the supplier didnt provide any shipping information within 25 days. Ironically, he should have dispatched within 10 days (agreed via WhatsApp 2 days). I applied refund for "not shipped on agreed time". According to the alibaba rules, uf the supplier not shipped on agreed time the refund should be satisfied within a day. But dispute team requesting PI, INVOICE, agreement and other proof. But the platform asked me permission to get access my chat history with the supplier. Within 10 day not diapute solved

Shipping went fast and without any hickups on the way.

However, the logistics and delivery experience could be significantly improved. The shipment arrived approximately one week to ten days later than the estimated delivery date. Delays can happen, but the tracking information was often unclear and difficult to interpret.
In addition, I had to look for updates myself, as the customer support and assistance services were not particularly helpful in providing accurate information about the status of the shipment.
In summary, the product quality is outstanding, but the delivery process and customer support experience leave room for improvement.

I purchased a phone on Alibaba.com under Trade Assurance Order 302462514501025853. The product was advertised as "Original S25 Ultra 5G — 16GB+1TB — 100+ Megapixel Camera." Every single specification was a lie. Professional mobile technicians tested the phone and immediately warned me the battery poses a FIRE AND EXPLOSION RISK. I submitted photos, videos, and technician assessments as evidence. The video clearly shows the phone shutting down immediately after SIM insertion. The camera quality looks like 10 megapixels despite being advertised as 100+. After months of fighting, Alibaba closed my case saying I knowingly bought a replica. They offered me $10, then $20, then $38, then $40 for a dangerous product that could have killed my family. Their Trade Assurance guarantee is completely worthless. Do not trust Alibaba's buyer protection — it does not exist when you actually need it.

Alibaba is scamming buyers.

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max from Alibaba. Merchant generated the label under 0.5kg category of FedEx but sent the empty box. FedEx Pakistan gave in writing (3 Emails + 1 Legal letter) confirming that they received and delivered the box with net weight of 0.05kg and the weight on the Proof-of-Delivery is just the slab.

Alibaba denied my dispute saying : "You have not provided proof of abnormal product weight issued by the logistics company"
I provided the letter and the email, yet they are ignoring them.

Alibaba is in on this scam. I have asked the merchant to open investigation with FedEx but they refused. I asked Alibaba team to ask merchant to open the investigation but they're saying that I stole the phone.

Even if they say that phone is stolen, why they're not reporting the issue to FedEx?

It's been 2 months and Alibaba not a single time asked the merchant to report the issue to FedEx.
