My parents are staying at Hotel de Paris Cromer at the moment as part of a Alfa holiday which they go on every yet, whilst there my Dad was rushed into hospital 30 miles away, the care and help my Mum has received from all the members of the Alfa team including Jasmin on reception who helped my mum with connecting to Alex on the piece of mind insurance who organised all the Ubers from the hotel to the hospital and back and the coach driver (apologies I cannot recall your name) and whoever has been leaving my mum a plate of food for when she returns from the hospital. I really can not thank you enough to know my parents are well looked after year after year so far away from home means everything to me, anybody thinking of using Alfa or staying at this hotel you will not be disappointed

Malcolm our Driver from Bowburn was pleasant, funny and a safe driver. Bus had a little less leg room to our past trips with Alfa coaches. Hydro hotel was best we have stayed in. Room 202 was superb. Restaurant meals very good and Attila our waiter service was excellent. Trips out and about very good. Love Llandudno and Angelsey. All in all a fab holiday. Thank you Alfa...see you again...

I have been on about 15 alfa holidays and they really look after you from pick up to your hotel alfa drivers are helpful and professional hotel's are clean food is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful and professional

The good weather helps - though that was hardly within Alfa's control. The hotel was comfortable, with an excellent dining room. Hotel staff were friendly, especially the dining-room staff. The tours worked very well, especially those to Chichester and the Weald and Downland Museum.

Local pickup to interchange. Ease of changing coaches( everything is done for you), welcome by manageress at hotel.

Great driver in “Becky”with well timed comfort stops.
The Hydro hotel provided comfortable rooms with an excellent food & drink menus. The excursions were well organised and all ran to time. The only thing that did not work at the hotel was the failure of not receiving an early morning call despite asking reception for this to ensure we were ready for departure on the last day !(not good!)

Everything was fine , food ,room staff cleanliness, comfortable lounge, excursions , Eric the coach driver was excellent, the only downside were the front seats 3 and 4, there was NO room to move your feet , totally cramped, these seats are not suitable for long journeys.

We went to Melrose for the first time lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful the location is good to for exploring the surrounding countryside

Hotel good, excursion to Anglesey brilliant. A visit to the prehistoric copper mines on the midway stop up the great Orme is an incredible place to visit on your free day. It was the highlight of the holiday together with a trip on the tour bus from the end of the pier to Conwy, with guided commentary, both excursions easily done in one day.
Great castles on this holiday.
Hotel staff excellent 👍 only bad point was the noise from next door rooms, television sounded as if it was in my room. Earplugs needed.

we had a wonderful stay in Scotland, the excursions were great even though one trip had a lengthy diversion due to ferry breaking down the scenery was fantastic.
great selection of food for meal times, chris was a star.
Only negatives were the noisy extractor fan from a neighbours room and the creaky floor boards down the corridor.
will definitely go again.

Pleasant staff throughout, Food good, accommodation and hotel to a high standard.
Great location.
One poor point we left our starting point at 6.30 am with next stop 30 minutes away, the pick up point folks were on a 8.00 am pick up we were left for 1 hour wait.
We could have along with driver an extra hour kip.

Absolutely loved my little trip to Ilfracombe! Skelton Lake was a great service station, (much better than Burtonwood) and Robert our driver looked after us well, he was very professional, friendly & helpful.
All the excursions were great and you could do as much or as little as mobility allows - the walk up the cobbles at Clovelly was easier than the walk down!
The hotel is in an ideal spot in Ilfracombe & I'm so glad I had a Seaview room which was redecorated to a good standard.
All staff at The Imperial were fabulous -all smiley, friendly & helpful - especially Emma our waitress who looked after us very well during our stay.

The resort of Tenby is for us the best, couldn't fault it. Plus gorgeous weather. Very comfortable coach and good driver. Hotel was good with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Would recommend.

Travel to and from LLandudno was good, drivers friendly and helpful. Hydro hotel was clean and comfortable, food was excellent and staff were all great.

The driver was jovial and always helpful

Shanklin & the excursions are not suitable for people with mobility issues should have been told this when we booked for a wheelchair
entertainment 1st two nights terrible

This was a well organised trip. Our driver Tony was outstanding, the way he navigated the steep, narrow Cornish roads was amazing. The hotel Eliot was lovely with friendly staff and well positioned for the shops and beaches. A great week.

I’ve now been on 8 Alfa coach holidays and enjoyed every single one, would highly recommend them

Excellent organisation by Alfa, my 1st time with Alfa and will book again. Highly organised Reading interchange. Very comfortable Coach, pleasant driver. Very good Hotel Seabank, Porthcawl, staff went above & beyond to make guests s comfortable and happy. Porthcawl is a lovely location & the Hotel is close to the Town & amenities.

To start pickup fineinterchange fine and even better we found our driver was Ged our 3rd with he’d been on quite a lot of your tours and found Hed best so far he very informative good safe drive and very humerus. The hotel room and food was lovely evening entertainment very good so all in all another enjoyable tour with you. Thank you.
