Kris and his team were very professionally, hardworking and friendly. They really took all the stress out of our move by safely and quickly packing up the contents of our home for storage ahead of shipping. From the initial survey conducted in person by Martin, who was also very friendly and professional, to the enquiries directed to excellent and helpful account manager Lisa, to the actual move conducted by Kris and his fantastic team - the whole process was very smooth and we would definitely recommend them for your move.

Robin and Justyna are top professionals, through and through. They are prompt, thoughtful and fast and provide great service. I’m surprised that our move went as smoothly as it did, thanks to the entire team. No need to look elsewhere and I will be contacting them in my next move, for sure.

We’ve been using Alexander’s for 30years. Our first move into our house. Completion was delayed and only went through late on a Friday. Our team called in the other teams (who’d all finished for the day) and it was all done in super quick time.
On Monday, the team moved some things we’d had in storage back to the house. Once angain, Alexander’s crews were punctual, careful and helpful. Overall they are super competent and diligent.

I highly recommend Alexander’s for your storage needs. We’ve used them for the past two years and have consistently received excellent value and customer service. Since we weren't local when it came time to empty our unit, Justyna coordinated the entire process—arranging for items to be donated and ensuring IT equipment was securely disposed of. She turned a stressful logistics situation into a seamless experience!

They were very responsive and also competitive re. creating a quote.
And the movers / packers did an excellent job on the day - efficient, careful, even joyful.

I moved house back in 2019 with a company called Friendly removals. They came to my home and assessed my items and a contract was drawn up. Packaging, removal and storage. Alexandersgroup took over from Friendly removals and moved the items into their facility. Over time I spent £7k approximately. On removal of items , I would say 90% damaged or broken, including mildew, mould and moth eaten. Alexander’s offering £300 compensation. They packed the unit. Photos from my collection team show items packed so tightly together and heavily on top of each other. Alexandersgroup claim no water egress or pest infestation in either unit but the damage didn’t come from my end as my items were checked before collection. According to the Consumers Act they are responsible but are sticking to their exclusions of ‘ we are not liable for pest and water damage’. Having spent £7k to be offered £300 is insulting . Please don’t use them.

This issue has now been resolved with an improved settlement and a promise to investigate and address why things went wrong . It is unfortunate that I had to give such a low rating on this platform to have this addressed.Finally I found someone who listened to my concerns for which I am grateful.

After our first move, I had book Alexanders again! The team are really lovely and helpful and will always help no matter what. Extremely communicative and the team that help you move on the day are attentive, knowledgeable. Already booking them for our 3rd and 4th move this year.

Alexander's were fantastic at moving us out of a flat in London out to the countryside. Our move manager, Callie, was very responsive to questions in the lead up and making sure everything went smoothly. On the day, the team moved at super speed, packing up everything (including wardrobe and cupboard contents) efficiently and nothing was too much of a problem with there being two different drop off locations. Would definitely recommend!

The office/workshop move went amazingly, your guys made the whole experience so streamlined and they were patient, quick and happy to offer extra help wherever it was needed. Thanks so much!

The crew on the day were friendly, adaptable and super efficient; they packed everything safely and then moved it out of our narrow flat exit with ease. Aivaras, Dumani and Alex were first class. Friendly, professional, efficient and made our moving day way less stressful than it otherwise would've been.
