Bought a brand new commercial dryer that stopped working 8 weeks after delivery. The 1 years warranty means nothing to them. The blame has been put on a company called Blue Badger. We have now discovered that both companies are owned by the same man. Mark Alexander....you should be ashamed of yourself. Avoid both companies like the plague. You will waste your money and cause yourself grief.
Damaged freezer arrived , they used cheap delivery company to save some £s.
Deliver van was full of used items freezer was already unboxed in wrap film.
Sent the pictures they can only offer 10% refund,

Awful company don’t buy anything from them
I have ordered 18kg washing machine and 2 15kg tumple dryers and I have paid for the vented when arrived the vented was missing I called them many times they keep ignoring me now I can’t use the dryers because I haven’t got a vented, I will return everything I have bought from them

excellent service. During lock down I had a bad experience with ADEXA and Alexanders direct came to my rescue. I ordered a freezer for ice-cream for my shop. It was delivered on time and although there were some slight issues with the freezer Mark ( technical support ) had resolved everything to my satisfaction. Customer service excellent. No problems with contacting the company. Because the freezer had a dent they gave me a discount. Most valuable though was the support I got and speedy replies to my e-mails.
Unbelievably bad customer service. Paid to have a dryer removed and have been promised this will be sorted. Have waited two weeks for this to happen and still not able to use the machine we paid express delivery for because it was urgent. Would never use the company again. Am fed a load of lies daily and it's frustrating. What a waste of my time.

We very sorry for the inconvenience caused with the disposal but units must be prepared and ready for disposal and someone must be available at the premises for the collection or our couriers may refuse the collection as is stated in our terms and conditions. After four failed attempts the disposal was cancelled as discussed with the sales team at the time.
Excellent company. Came to my rescue by supplying a freezer after my house got flooded. Great communication, excellent delivery team - especially during these difficult times.
