Great holiday insurance
I haven’t had the misfortune to use their service.
Their policy covers everything I need for my trips.
A good price and easy to get online.

After trying so many travel insurance companies to cover me due to a lot of medical issues these were the best companies to insure me at a great cost.
I’ve done 3 insurance policies with them now

Cover is what we needed.
I was searching for travel insurance and a friend recommended Albert and Eddie. I looked and the cover they provided was ideal for our needs and ther other bonus was the price. It was the cheapest we could find without massive searching. This tear was a renewal and there was very little fluctuation in price.

Dealing with 3rd party claim handlers months later 2 stars. Claims are farmed out to Collinson, which has IT systems that can’t cope with documentation they request. Ended up printing & sending by post!!!!

Needed a comprehensive travel insurance…
Needed a comprehensive travel insurance to travel to Australia for my mother in law who has a terminal illness. Obviously shopped around and came across Albert & Eddie who by far provided the most comprehensive and cheapest quote. Will absolutely use again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Having tried various insurance…
Having tried various insurance companies of which a number refused to cover me and those that were able to offer a quote were far to expensive (lowest quote £24500) this was for cover for 88 days including a 19 day cruise in Indonesia to Australia, I contacted Eddie and Albert who carried out a comprehensive telephone call in which all our medical history was discussed, (I'd had lung cancer earlier in the year) they came up with a quote of just under £3000 which seemed expensive until you compare with other insurance companies, we are now able to see our children and grandchildren in Australia which at one point we thought we never going see again.
