Had roller blinds fitted at my elderly parents just took them down to decorate as per installer’s instructions when he fitted them but they will not go back up
Rang and was told no longer under warranty as they have been took down
Was NOT told this when they installed them
Why give instructions on how to take down
When rang was not helpful told if someone came they would charge
Paid over £600 pounds to be told this shocking
Do not use this company if you are going to take down to decorate
Have used them in several properties but will not be using them again

Sales person called. Surprised us with a quote of £750 for two kitchen blinds. Considered it excessive and already he was brining it down to £500 (retail). Obviously a ball park figure as it only took him 2 minutes to work it out with no demonstration of the figures given to us. Eventually gave a agreed number of £480 which was not realistic but we needed these asap. Beware of big numbers reduced quickly! Fitting was delayed a week so we missed our deadline. Felt we were over charged and hurried to buy. Advice is never let a sales quick start into your home! We will never use these again as our one previous experience was excellent and valued.

In response to a leaflet drop, I contacted this company and from the first ever call onwards I felt pressure from the sales man. We only wanted a single bay window blind for our lounge and the cost offered to me was mind blowing of £1,000. Whilst negotiating although he came down to£400? I did not left with a choice of allowing anytime to make a decision rather forced to pay the deposit. I felt the sale person was put me under pressure to get the sale. Meanwhile, I managed to get a quote for the same material and fitting on with well below the price I paid. The blind of 'course if beautiful and of good quality, but the whole process was too stressful. I would never use them again.

Responded to a leaflet advertising 3 roller blinds from only £119 up to 6ft wide any drop. Sales person came and showed samples. Said that as it was for bathroom and kitchen would need waterproof. Measured up. Kitchen 66 inches by 41, bathroom 45 by 39 approx. Told they were the Rolls Royce of blinds and they would cost for the pair £1000.00. I said they were expensive and would think about it. He continued to put pressure on my wife and I, both in our 80s, until I finally signed in order to get him out of the house. He was insistent that he wanted some of the money in cash until I managed to make him realise that I do not keep cash in the house for security reasons. He eventually took my debit card details. The blinds have been fitted and are quite nice at the moment but I could have bought them for, at most, £300 for the pair from elsewhere. I was charged an extortionate amount and bought under pressure. I am sending a complaint to Trading Standards.
