Overall great experience from the customer service to the fitting itself lovely job done by these lads , dealing with Mr numaan who very helpful in directing me on what type of blinds where ideal for my property giving my home a new stylish upgrade the blinds job was carried out to a great professional degree no corners where cut and the pricing is very affordable would definitely recommend Beatifull blinds

The salesman who sold me the blinds was very fast next thing I know I had signed up & paid £400 upfront to Alam beautiful blinds for something I have since been quoted for less than £200 feel like I had been ripped off although the fitter was good fitted blinds within 15 mins by Haroon very polite & good at his Job overall I’m happy with the look of the blinds but I’d suggest shopping around before putting any money down these are out to get what they can come to to think of it the salesman charged & had me pay upfront before they were even measured

Adam was very helpful, polite, friendly, respectful, professional and a very good advisor.I knew nothing about blinds, but he really helped me even to choose the right colour which matches with my walls and the nice quality of blinds as well.He is just a good person naturally.

Was recommended by my sister who told me they had fast turn around times and free measuring service, i called and was booked in for the next day which was amazing.
I told the sales rep my budget and he showed me the fabric and styles that would fit my budget, very thorough in talking me through my options he was very knowledgeable, i placed the order and my blind were fit 3 days later which was incredible, they look fantastic.

So pleased with the quality of the blinds, fitted today. Muddy, who came to measure up was knowledgeable and helpful and able to offer early completion of the work. Haroon, who fitted everything today, was friendly, courteous and efficient, clearing up and taking away all wrappings. I called the company on two occasions and calls were answered promptly.

Great service from start to finish gave accurate fitting date and was fitted promptly they even went to the extent of clearing the mess very happy with service would definitely recommend.
