Akliz Reviews

I loved it from top to bottom, not laggy easy to make servers and amazing help from the people to make sure ur server works

I'm a first time server-maker and Akliz was what I went with. Had an error log on startup trying to make a custom modpack based on ATM10. Houston answered the ticket within a minute and had my problems solved within a couple minutes. Extremely happy I went with this company in the end and looking forward to using them in the future!

The customer service is top tier. Always quick, always solves the issues, very friendly, and open 7 days a week.

Top notch server hosting at a fair price

Best Support you can ever have. Replied really fast and answers were really Helpful

They answered quickly and provided a solution to my problem. Great service and great attitude.

This is the best service i have ever experienced. I brag to everyone about this group. They are so prompt to fix any issues.

Had an issue with my server, support was great to work with (ben) and was able to easily solve my issue

Polite and fast
thank you Houston.

I was struggling to set up a new server from scratch and was getting very lost in the process. So I reached out to the support team for some assistance and Ben was so helpful! They saw where I was having issue and actually made a 1-click server setup for the modpack I was installing just to make the process super easy for me! The support team is quick, very informative, and real people! They've solidified me as a customer for life.

The service and support Akliz provides is stellar! The support team responds quickly and provides excellent help for all server needs! 10/10 would recommend!

Easy to set up and manage servers.

When I initially got some network problems and couldn't connect to server, they came to help in under 10 minutes.

Would use them again and again!

I don't have too much to say since my needs were simple. Minecraft modpack for three people over a number of months. That said I came from a different service provider who let me down many times. My experience with Akliz was one of simplicity. Easy to set up, easy to access files, and most importantly, I almost never gave any thought to what was going on with the server. It restarted when I wanted it to, was always available, I suffered no down time. It was just an all around good experience. I'm done for now but in the future when I need to rent out server space I'll be coming straight back.

Greate server's. Stable and cheap.
A bit tricky to get you'r account delete but verry good team.

Excellent Customer Service 10 Stars

Every time I've needed assistance, the support team quickly and effectively troubleshoots my issue and resolves it for me in a very short amount of time, keeping me updated along the way. They have always been fantastic. Highly recommended

Customer support was perfect and kind. My refund request was registered and documented via mail in minutes.

The support is amazing.
Any question at all and you get a real person responding within a few minutes that actually knows what they're doing. If you ask a question when they're not open, they respond right way in the morning. Houston (the person that I've primarily dealt with) has been awesome. Would recommend.

amazing, I love how there are real people there to help you instead of AI, and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. It took max 10 minutes to set up a fully modded server and get to playing, absolutely stellar

Houston is amazing and has been a great help with all of my question. I appreciate what a great job they do!

great servers for great pricing, setting it up was really easy and easy to understand, options to have your server paused so it keeps data is also really good to have, absolutely recommend
