Very adjustable and easy.

Troubleshoot server crash
Staff assisted me with troubleshooting the cause of my server crashing. They identified what I needed to look at in the logs, and assured it was a valid error to look into. Staff is extremely reliable, patience, and knowledgeable.

the UI is easy to understand, but server ping is high
the UI is easy to understand although there are times that the server can run slow but it's just a terraria game, we dont require lower pings so it did not matter that much
