Brian was awesome!!!

To whom it may concern,

I would like to personally thank Brian for an exceptional service in the past few months.

Since I have contacted him, I asked if he can help me with getting accessible tickets for an Ajax game and if possible.

I think Brian is the definition of excellent customer service. He made sure I get the tickets. He is also super nice and a pleasure to work with.

I thought of sharing this with you because she is an asset for every organization in my opinion
