Original part, perfect quality
Shipment was as promised, reasonably fast. Part was original (with BOSE certificate) and fit my A20s perfectly, installed in 2 minutes without prior experience.

Excellent service but very expensive shipping
Fairly quick delivery, item is as described. Shipping is astonishingly expensive, however. I was in a hurry, paid it, but this will be a barrier for me for any purchase not done under time pressure.

Did not receive the goods
Did not receive the goods. The selected logistic provider DPD/Bartolini says they did not find the address...which is a big company with 24h reception service, so kind of difficult not to find. No phone call received for update or assistance to find the address. Calling DPD local service center spent 30 minutes twice on the phone with nobody answering. Went in person at the provider site, they did not find the package. For a 400€+ value package i expected a far more efficient service.
Adding - Despite my regrets i still did not receive the goods. Called the logistic provider DPD and no idea where the package is... directionally in transfer between two sites. Very poor service overall.
2nd adding - still not received goods, nor any advise from you or logistic supplier. My feedback of issues in delivering was given days ago but I assume it was ignored.
