I purchased my Edwardian portico from Agriframes and from ordering to delivery, customer service was truly first class! Like the old days! I wanted a structure around my plain looking patio doors to dress them up! I couldn’t be more pleased with the how well packaged they were when they arrived, the quality, and how easy it was to erect! I think it looks amazing and already we have a passion flower climbing 🥰

I have ordered a range of products from Agriframes and have been v pleased with them. As with any good company, the ordering and delivery processes are reliable and quick. The products range in price so something for most pockets. I like the elegance range in particular as it’s solid metal construction in a range of tasteful colours. Thoroughly recommend Agriframes. They go to most big gardening shows so you can see what you’re ordering plus get show offers :-)

Lovely lightweight trellis, just as expected, promptly delivered

I ordered two garden arches. Only one arrived. Customer service were helpful and sent a replacement but there were two this time. I rang and spoke to a rather unhelpful girl who at no point offered any apology or the chance to keep the extra one - I would have paid despite not being thrilled with the product! She insisted I needed to be in in order to arrange collection and Since nobody will be in for a while she then reluctantly agreed for them to collect it since it is now sitting on my front door step! I'm pretty disappointed so far with the quality of the one that we have put up considering the price - it's very flimsy and bendy and not really what I was expecting so maybe it's a blessing I won't have 3!

Bought a set of obelisk frames for the garden. Great quality and delivered in good time, well packaged and exacas described.

Ordering and delivery were excellent. Arrived very well packaged. Growbags are perfect for my runner beans and made so easy being able to insert canes in the allotted slots and not having to put into the ground. Will definitely order again.

Such a fabulous company. I’ve bought 3 different gorgeous solid metal plant supports. They give the garden a wonderful cottage feel as the metal rusts so lovely and at the same time being so useful. They arrive well packed and on time. I’ve looked at other supports and none have the quality of these frames. I know these will outlast me (!) and always look fabulous.

Absolutely a brilliant design solution for me I bought a pack of 6 iron scrolls to support my clematis. The price was excellent as was the quality. Easy to fit to the wall in any pattern you like. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends

Customer service kindly advised me of delivery date as I was going away so needed to know it would be delivered before. Put the arch together easily and looks great thank you!

Climbing rose frames were good value, easy to fit and good quality. Delighted with them.

The fruit cage arrived in good time, it was of good quality, straightforward instructions and more than enough netting to complete the construction. Well worth the expenditure.

Wonderful products from this company, very good quality and they are my first choice now for all garden structures.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. I bought a garden arch, their most expensive however it is worth every penny. Very sturdy, easy to assemble. Quite challenging to get in the ground but a two feet drill piece solved that.
I also bought the jute net. Very good quality and excellent price point. I am using it to grow runner beans up

Ordered a pack of two festoon poles - only one arrived and driver stated taken out of huge unnecessary box
Initially when spoke to Grace she acknowledged that the driver had altered package and the photo on delivery did not look to contain two poles and further pole to be sent with immediate affect
Next day email received email asking for photographic evidence of one pole ! Rung company and was met by rude advisor named Lou berry - argumentative, judgemental and continually over spoke me - extremely poor service - don’t use !

I discovered Agriframes last year and have ordered quite a bit since them. My latest purchase has been the scroll wall frames. I ordered enough for one rose but liked them so much I’ve moved on to another wall and another rose and jasmine. They are so easy to put up, very elegant, strong and stylish. I am in the process of ordering an elegance bean frame. We’ve had a few problems, but customer service is second to none and I’m keenly awaiting my purchase which I have no doubt will be with me soon. Delivery has been great on all my purchases, well packed and neat. I can heartily recommend Agriframes for quality products and great service.

Lovely zinc pot. Nice and light and looks great.

Frame seems good quality, easy to assemble. Quite expensive for what it is - time will tell if it’s worth it. However, I have one massive net for two frames. No instructions included, which they should have been. Enquired about how to fit the net and got the instructions emailed: Put the net over the frame and peg to the ground! I think I worked that one out! So I still have one huge net, am worried about cutting it in the wrong place so not leaving enough for the second frame, and don’t know whether to fit up and over, or round the perimeter. CS says you can do either but can give no guidance on which way is best, or how to fit it to give the best access.

We bought some garden hoops and stakes which are good quality. Not the sturdiest but were what I wanted for light-weighted plants.
Delivery was not great. We did not get the delivery photo. The DX driver had left the parcel outside the wrong house about 1/4 mile away a few days before. Agriframes were very apologetic and said that they would send the DX driver to go and get it. We said we would have a look first and we did retrieve it.
Why are delivery drivers so inept sometimes? Not Agriframes fault though and customer service was great.
