We had a wonderful Umrah experience, organised by Brother Asim, who took care of everything exactly as agreed. He arranged excellent hotels that were conveniently located close to Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah.

Asim was always approachable and easy to contact, and he was prompt in resolving any issues and sorting things out for us. He also provided us with a very affordable package without compromising on the quality of our experience.

We are very grateful for his support and would definitely use his services again for future packages. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well-organised and convenient. Asim was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail, making sure the entire process ran smoothly. Both the flights and the hotels were fantastic—the hotels were conveniently located very close to the Haram/Masjids, which made our daily prayers and visits so comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience with Asim and the Umrah package. This is the second time i have booked with Asim. Everything was well organised, and Asim was very helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the journey.
Unfortunately, our flights were cancelled, which was an unexpected and stressful situation. However, Asim handled the issue professionally and worked hard to get everything resolved. We were also able to visit Qatar after our Umrah.
Despite the unexpected changes, the overall experience was very positive, and I really appreciated the support and communication throughout. I would definitely recommend Asim to anyone planning their Umrah.

Good communication and arrangement of the trip, friendly and helpful

My experience with Aerolinks Travel Limited was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about transparency and customer service.

After receiving a quotation from Hajj And Umrah Experts, I decided to proceed with their package. I was asked to pay a £500 deposit to secure the flights, which I transferred as requested.

Shortly afterwards, I received another offer from Cheap Umrah Deals for what appeared to be the same package but at a considerably lower price. When I reviewed the payment details, I noticed that both agencies were requesting payment to the same bank account. This is when I discovered that both businesses operate under Aerolinks Travel Limited.

Naturally, I questioned why the same company was offering what appeared to be the same package at significantly different prices through different brands. Due to this inconsistency, I decided not to continue with the booking and requested a refund of my deposit.

I was then informed that the deposit was non-refundable. However, this condition had never been mentioned before I made the payment. Only after transferring the money was I sent an invoice stating that the deposit was non-refundable. I never signed or agreed to this invoice, and the condition was not disclosed when the payment was requested.

In addition, despite being told that the deposit was needed to secure flights, I was never provided with any flight reservation details, booking reference, or confirmation that any flights had actually been secured.

As a customer, I expected important terms such as the non-refundable nature of the deposit to be clearly communicated before payment was taken. Instead, this information was only provided afterwards. Losing £500 without receiving any booking confirmation or having been informed of the refund policy beforehand has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Based on my experience, I believe there was a lack of transparency throughout the process, and I would not recommend this company.

While discussing an Umrah package with Hajj and Umrah Experts, I discovered that an identical package was being offered at a significantly lower price by Cheap Umrah Deals. I later learned that both companies operate under the same parent company, Aerolinks Travel Limited. This raised concerns for me about the transparency of their pricing practices, as it was unclear why the same company would offer substantially different prices for what appeared to be the same package.

As a result, I decided not to proceed with the booking and requested a refund of my £500 deposit. My refund request was refused on the basis that the deposit was allegedly non-refundable. However, this was never communicated to me before I made the payment.

One of the agents, subsequently referred me to terms and conditions contained within an invoice. However, this invoice was only sent to me after I had already transferred the deposit and was provided for my signature afterwards. I never signed or accepted that invoice.

Based on my experience, I was left feeling that important terms were not clearly disclosed before payment was taken, and I was dissatisfied with the way my refund request was handled.

I have taken the company to court, and the legal proceedings are currently ongoing.

I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with Hajj and Umrah Experts, which I later discovered operates alongside Cheap Umrah Deals under the same parent company, Aerolinks Travel Limited.

At the outset, I contacted an agent from Hajj and Umrah Experts via WhatsApp while comparing quotes from several other agencies. The agent requested a £500 deposit to secure flights, but at no stage was I informed that this payment would be non-refundable.

Soon after making the transfer, I was contacted by another agent from Cheap Umrah Deals offering what appeared to be the same package for approximately £1,800 less. When I raised this with the first agent, he dismissed the lower price as “impossible.” However, the second agent claimed they had access to special supplier rates.

The situation became increasingly concerning when the second agent asked me to send the deposit to the same bank account. This strongly indicated that both agents were representing the same company. When I pointed this out and mentioned the first agent by name, communication briefly paused. Shortly afterward, the second agent attributed the discrepancy to a “calculation error” and revised the price to an amount even higher than the original quote.

This lack of transparency and internal inconsistency significantly undermined my trust, leading me to withdraw from the booking. After consulting several other reputable agencies, I received far more consistent and reasonably priced offers.

To make matters worse, the company has refused to refund my £500 deposit, claiming it is non-refundable—despite never clearly communicating this beforehand or providing any agreement for me to sign acknowledging such terms. They have also failed to provide any evidence that flights were ever reserved.

Overall, I found this experience misleading and unprofessional. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to escalate it through my bank and ATOL. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Very happy with the service we got .our hotel in Makka was really good except the breakfast didn’t had lots of thing for kids but in Madena breakfast was really good but the hotel service was not much we were expecting for a 5 star . Iman tried her best to provide us the best service I really appreciate it . May allah invite us again insha allah will again choose this provider.

Just came back from umrah last Thursday. Alhamdulillah everything went well from start to finish. Special mention to Zia who tailored the package from flights to transport and accommodation. He kept me in the loop at all times and created a package based on budget, proximity and ease of travel. Great hotels which were very close to haram. Went with family and children and thanks to Zia everything was catered for with great customer service.

The journey was excellent and everything was as described ( the transport, the hotel, the tour).
