Good price, flexible policy, UK call centre
I chose Admiral from my search as they are by far the best insurers for price and a flexible policy. I spoke with Richard who was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. I am deaf so he spoke slowly and clearly which was a great help. He explained each part of the policy to me. It is great to speak with a UK call centre. Being deaf I find it very difficult to understand the call centre agents outside of the UK.

Beware of Admiral's policy of charging…
Beware of Admiral's policy of charging additional policy fees if you add a driver who had a non-fault, non cost incident. I.E. not in the vehicle and the third parties insurance paid out on the claim. not even in the car and yet Admiral see fit to penalise! Just keep in mind if you use them - I will be moving when renewal is due...
