I am very impressed with the service I received from Will in the customer service team. At first I was disappointed as my items arrived faulty however Will was very fast to respond to my request and issued me a full refund immediately and gave me a discount off my next order.

I encountered a small issue with a pair…

I encountered a small issue with a pair of ultimate leggings. The customer care team were super helpful and provided a full refund and a discount code to use on my next purchase.
I re ordered the same leggings a few months later and have discovered that the fabric and fit has changed on the ultimate leggings. I’ve always found them the most comfortable leggings that can be worn day to day or whilst working out. Gutted to find that the material/fit has changed. Constantly pulling the leggings up, they just don’t sit the same ☹️
Would give 5 stars had it not been for this change.. sorry!

Great clothes and quality not so great customer service

Spent £1395.70 since the start of January this year. Really love the brand, the clothes and the quality. My most recent order has gone missing after Royal Mail have allegedly delivered the parcel. Been told I have to wait 30 days for a refund after they have investigated the missing parcel - not even been offered a replacement whilst they investigate. Reason for this, they are saying that there has been a previous claim at the address - this is true but maybe this is a Royal Mail issue? Very disappointing customer service considering how much I order and love the brand.

Great Customer Service, But Disappointed by Product Quality

I had really high hopes for Adanola based on what I’ve seen online, but unfortunately my first experience with the product itself was disappointing. The quality didn’t meet my expectations with the lettering on the item started coming off upon trying it on, which was surprising given it hadn’t even been worn yet.

That said, I do want to highlight the customer service. Weronika was kind, responsive, and handled my concern quickly and professionally. She made the process easy and ensured I received a refund without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Overall, while the product quality didn’t live up to expectations, the customer support experience was positive. I’d be open to giving the brand another try in the future, but I do hope to see improvements in quality to better match the price point.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Med size coat is so big (everything else I buy is med).
Asked to exchange for a smaller size so my 20% discount code would still be honoured but was told not.

Very pleased with customer service resolution
