Great customer service

Always buy from adanola love all the products. Treated myself to a bag, but after a week notice the logo peeling. With 24 hours of contacting. I had a refund and a discount. Couldn’t fault them at all. Great customer services.

Great variety of items and colours!

Adanola have come so far from their early days! The variety of goodies on line are fantastic! I bought 2 sweatshirts and knit button top and knit trousers recently and many items over the years! I would love there to be a range of not so heavy sweats and joggers to be honest (same material not the softer summery material but lighter joggers/sweats as I find the sweats a little too heavy and they need ironing after washing. But great customer service. Packaged well and delivery times great thank you

I don’t know why you have changed the quality

I don’t know why yiu have changed the quality of the leggings- they are awful! I miss the original quality! I’ve had to send these back because they are awful shiny quality

New cut and fit for the yoga pants

I’ve bought multiple pairs of these yoga pants from Adanola in the past and absolutely loved the fit, which is why I ordered again. Unfortunately, this latest pair is completely different.

The leg is much wider, there’s no compression in the waist, and the overall fit isn’t sculpting at all like my previous ones. It genuinely feels like a different cut or fabric.

I’m based in Europe and had to pay €15 to return them, which is frustrating given that the product doesn’t match the fit I expected based on earlier purchases.

Really disappointing, as I used to rely on this style.

Returned 4 items on 3/3

Returned 4 items on 3/3. It is 4/23 and I only got one refund for one of the items. Where are the other items? Where is the rest of the refund? I emailed countless times and no one got back to me until I contacted my credit card company to pull my money back. All of a sudden they want to "help" but are not able to answer where my items are that I sent. How do you receive one item and not the rest when they were in the same package? This is how they scam people and I will never shop from this site ever again

Ordered a digital voucher for a…

Ordered a digital voucher for a birthday gift it took a week for it to arrive even thiugh it says 2/3days on website money was taken out of my bank account on the day of the order. I checked everyday expecting it to arrive. The voucher arrived after the birthday and I had to buy an additional gift to compensate it not arriving in time. Funnily enough it arrived on tge day I made a complaint which is today 23/4/26. Shocking service considering they only offer a digital service for this voucher. I won’t be ordering again from Adenola !

We had slight stitching issues on one…

We had slight stitching issues on one of the hoodies I ordered for my partner as a present. Emily in customer service was prompt winger response and issued a refund within 5 mins of me emailing the issue. Unfortunately the replacement hoodie wasn’t in stock however this money will definitely be spent at Adanola again!
