I love love love! This is where I buy all my teas! I'm able to get such amazing blends for a great price and I love the ability to get fandom teas based on whatever shows I'm watching. It's a really fun and great experience to buy teas from Adagio!

I love that they carry, a wide array of flavors for Herbal teas. Plus, they are caffeine free! The pouches are easy to make ice tea. The shipping is affordable as well

this was a really fun tea website to use for bonding with me and me fellow d&d players for our campaign! we made character art and put them on the sample tins making a tea blend reminiscent of our character and had a fun tea party with these!

Adagio Site is easy to navigate with excellent descriptions of the teas. Adagio's service was excellent; i received my teas in record time. The teas themselves are perfect any time of day. i prefer my tea with breakfast and again at night with Bible reading before bed.

Excellent selection of teas, quality packaging, free shipping. Teas are delicious. I look forward to trying all of them. Honeys are delicious too! The only place I order tea from. Highly recommend!

I bought a new tea pot and was searching internet for different types of tea. My search lead me to Adagio. There was promo for inexpensive samples which were terrific. I was given a coupon and purchased my first bag of tea. At checkout I was offered a week promo to check out their tea community. Everyday I had a new type of tea to experience. I posted a picture, wrote a review and chatted with the community. We received points for each one of these activities. I'm about one month into this an have over 100 points earned. The points can be cashed in for tea or tea cups. It's taste, rewarding and fun. Come join the party.

This review is for the UK site of Adagio.

The company itself I'm giving 4/5 because I feel the tea isn't the greatest of quality, but the flavours and price are really fun and affordable to try out.

I'm also sad that we don't have all the range that the USA website has and I'm eager to look forward to them. As far as I'm aware the UK Adagio is just a warehouse where they've shipped their best sellers, and started recently withing the last two years or so.

The customer service I give 5/5, all of my correspondence with Stepas has been brilliant and he has been a great help. (Seems to be the only one working UK Adagio customer service, poor guy!)

Please bring more to the UK!

I have been buying from from adagio 2x annually for around 5-7yrs. I very sparingly give 5's for anything but in this case I feel its warranted. I love the ethics, quality and engenuity of flavors. I keep coming back, ordering for others, requesting as a gift because I find it worthy. I firmly stand by this company.

Absolutely love Adagio Teas! Not only is their customer service fantastic, but the teas are absolutely delicious and shipped quickly. As someone with food allergies I appreciate that their teas are all free of gluten, dairy and nuts. Their loyalty/points program is great and offers some solid savings if you're a frequent purchaser, and there are (typically) tons of reviews for each tea flavor which I find really helpful when shopping.

I always get exactly what I ordered. I really appreciate their transparency on ingredients and where they source their tea from. I've been a customer for years, and they've never let me down. Being able to order sample sizes of things is a cost-effective and helpful way to make sure I like something before investing in buying a full size bag.
