We called for a new recycling bin on Monday and by Tuesday morning they had it delivered. Rusty was the driver who brought the bin and he couldn't have been nicer! Very friendly and helpful!
They are good, usually come over twice a week to make sure they get the trash, not every week but 1-2times a week I see them on days rather than 1 just 1. Them making sure they get the trash. Thanks, great price too.
On May 19, 2021, a large Active Waste truck (pulling a LARGE DUMPSTER) showed up at our home, pulled into our driveway and the driver got out and came to our front door. The drive said he was at our home to drop off the dumpster. I told him we did NOT order a dumpster. He looked at his paperwork and said we ordered a dumpster. I again advised him that WE DID NOT order a dumpster and let him know his paperwork was clearly in error! The driver apologized, got back in the truck and pulled out of our driveway LEAVING AN EXTENSIVE TRAIL OF TIRE TRACKS ACROSS OUR WHITE DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK AND ALONG THE STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOME! We pulled the video from our security camera and immediately contacted Active Waste. The advised that someone would come to our home on May 20th to look at the damage and clean the tracks. NO ONE CAME TO OUR HOME. We contacted Active again on May 21st and the woman administrator said no one was coming and hung up on us.
WE DEMAND that Active Waste come to our home to repair/clean the damage caused by their driver/truck. If they do NOT agree to this, we will pursue this matter in a court of law! Dr. Jill Sampson
