If you're looking for the best way to get rid of years of accumulated junk in your home, look no further. I am so happy that I found Haul'n Off! I was initially very impressed by how easy it was to book it online and how quickly they were able to deliver the dumpster at exactly the time I needed it. I was even more impressed by how communicative, professional, and nice they were to top it off! It's really hard to find this kind of customer service any more. They made a dreaded job so much easier and painless. They even hauled away some old large appliances I had for a very nominal fee. All this was at a fraction of what a junk removal company quoted me. I would absolutely use them again the next time I need to empty a household full of junk.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his team. I scheduled a dumpster late one evening to show up the next day. The next morning I got a call from Chris saying their system had a scheduling glitch and it shouldn’t have let me schedule a dumpster for the very next day. At this point you would think this is a negative review but how Chris responded was amazing. He first agreed to let me keep the dumpster for 7 days instead of 3 due to the error. When I told him more about the project he suggested a different type of dumpster that could hold more dirt and not have to be swapped out during the week. He went ahead and ordered that other type of dumpster for me with a completely different company at no charge. I’m about 98% positive it cost more than the dumpster I would have gotten from him. That dumpster showed up a couple days ago in the window he mentioned and we are filling it now. Chris not only got creative with finding a replacement that worked better for our project, he also was very proactive in his communication via text and call. Very easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend using him and his company when you’re looking to haul some junk away in a dumpster. Thank you again Chris!
