Admin website is not user friendly. Could not export or import full .ini files. No explanations for what each setting does in the very limited settings that can be adjusted in the configure page

So far it has been great. Support has been responsive. Everyone enjoys the experience on the server.

Has a little but of server lag with ark but otherwise good service even with full upgraded cores and such minimal mods and it can have hiccups at times. But its still very solid service. The backend takes a bit to get used to but with some investigation you get the hang of it. Overall 1 star off for the preformance versus the price but otherwise great servers.

I liked their control panel, it looked like if the game had worked then it would have been an amazing way to manage my game, but it didn't, something went wrong with the installation or something like that and I was too lazy to fix it, so I just went with another provider.

Quick and easy setup. Would like to see a little more in the help section for specific games. Overall very happy

I'm blown away with the Quality, Knowledge and Service they provide. The website tool to run your servers is very user friendly, plus the customer support they provide is top notch. Would highly recommend ActiveGameHost to anyone, from novice to pro, this is the company you want running your servers!!!

Ive been here 3 in different events, and always have great support, servers are stable and lag free. (only some times you get little lag spikes)
Cost is good, could do better instead of 25 people increase (smaller packages for friends that are not over 25 or 50), but I understand the business works this way.

You guys have been very helpful. I think you could improve your service by making the "Chat now" option better available for your customers. I direct question getting answered is very helpful. Your ticket time is very good though. So all in all good experience for my friends and I.

Asked for help regarding a server side issue and was told it was a client side issue, if i found anything else out to let you guys know. Because my game wasn't playable and my first attempt at solving it before requesting a support ticket didnt work. Not gonna pay for a product that doesnt work.

either its the game (7days to die) or your interface but it seems so out dated and none streamlined. For setting up a game on 7days it took for ever to figure out how to get a bigger sized map. The instructions where vague and when asking customer survive they just replied with looks like you're good not but be aware it can take up to an hour for a bigger map. There was no help with setting up the game. The Instructions where so outdated in the knowledge center. The app didnt work so there was no reason to download that.

The UI required me to log into 2 to 3 times depending on what i was opening. It took 2days of stress trying to get a game started. The pluging will brick your game so dont download that.

The Server was stable when you got it to work.

This is by far one of the better hosts i have been with, the control panel is easy and straightforward as well as installing/removing mods. The server is always up, i have never had an issue with them on both occasions. Excellent service and i will continue to use them for all my hosting needs!

Pretty good server, customer service is pretty good I responding to questions on time.

Didnt really try out the server cause it had no mod support, aka you had to upload and do all the mods yourself
