I got many server from them, 2 at the momment for 7Days To Die. Everytime i got an issue the customer service is pretty fast to fix it when online. Price are not high at all

I've rented several Ark servers from ActiveGameHost and the experience is always straight-forward and quick. Also, they have very good customer service and answer my questions quickly.

Using Text editor for adjusting game settings is so antiquated, you should be able to create a good slider model by now. Getting some major lag issues and auto restart doesn't seem to be working.

ActiveGameHost has been a solid game server provider, and the staff has been so very helpful in resolving every issue (mostly self-inflicted) I have run into. I live in Alaska, where connection speed and lag time can be an real issue, and so I was concerned about choosing a server location that provide the best connection speeds and least lag. The folks at ActiveGameHost were able to help make an informed decision via free testing of server locations for 24 hours prior to choosing a location for my servers. The up times on the two clustered servers I use has been great, any back-end maintenance to be performed has always been announced well in advance. I have nothing but praise for this company.

I have been using AGH for years now. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. I use them for ARK and 7days servers. Their admin panel is fantastic. But the best part is their customer service. They are patient, knowledgeable, and put a lot of effort into solving your issue. They also respond in timely manner. I wasn't sure whether the guy who worked with me even slept because of how quickly he replied.

Easy to get started and quick to get game up and running.

My server never properly worked. FTP was "fixed" but it still wasn't listening on the port they gave me. Then, the kicker after poor customer service... My account was disabled because apparently you have to arrange auto payments with Paypal instead of having it work on their site. Seriously??? I don't think they really have it together at all.

When I explained to a person in their chat that I had all of these issues and then my account got disabled. I told the customer service rep that I was going to another company. He just said "Have a great day!" and never apologized, never seemed even the slightest bit concerned that I was extremely unpleased with them. I would absolutely not recommend.

It was frustrating at first because the map generation was taking something like an hour, and it had no visual output to let you know it was still being spun up, but the Tech Support agent was actually really helpful and responded within an half an hour of me making a ticket, and saw it through to the end with me!

I'm sorry I was in a foul mood, but you guys actually have a great service and product and quality staff to back it up! 100% would recommend, glad I picked you guys after whatever's been going on with frag servers!

Very responsive to issues, and quick to reply even over X mas, or "midnight" able to understand needs and wants of whats going on, and make changes on the fly!
