We had 3 laptops (one middle aged and two older ones) all of which malfunctioned at the same time.
Consequently we asked Acronym Computers to repair the middle aged one which was done quickly, perfectly and for a remarkably reasonable cost.
We traded the two older laptops in towards one which was for sale. We received a generous trade in amount and took home an excellent new to us laptop.
Hence we now have 2 excellent laptops and found a good home for 2 older ones.
Thanks to Acronym Computers we have discovered there is no need to spend a fortune on a new computer as an excellent value repair can be done and/or a great value new to you laptop can be purchased.

Told by another shop in city had one issue (they had laptop over 3 weeks). Took in in Tues. Fault discovered by Weds, part ordered and I already had it back I my hand Saturday
Amazing service.

I used this firm for the 1st time recently: They were clearly competent, and didn't BS me. They did a calm, professional job of data recovery from a "dead" solid state hard drive, for a reasonable fee. Quiet, competent, and a pleasant change from nerdy kids in booths in the back of phone shops!

Very very good. Was looking for used iMac 21 and came across Acromyn In local IT directory. Was concerned about buying a used machine and inheriting possible problems, however upon visiting their shop and talking to them, I realised this was a very professional company that would offer long term support.
Now 3 months on very satisfied, any queries answered immediately, nothing to much trouble.
Better than buying a new one from major high street retailer with limited support. highly recommended.
