Acr Schweinfurt/extremeaudio ignorere me, They cheats

They sent me used/brokken item. Its even not blug and play. Dont fit in my BMW F30 320d from 2016. I contakt Them about returnering of the item. They sent me adress ,and i sent it back to them again. Now They dont respons me or have sent my money back. They got the subwoofer 100 % back i can se that on tracking number. i Called the curre Company they confirm that got the extremeaudio got subwoofer back again. Now its almost 2 Weeks ago They have sent me last message. They dont anser back
