We ordered audio upgrades from this company after being told that they had them in stock. We placed an order and paid through PayPal. The goods arrived in the UK and we paid the importing duties based on the value of the goods. When we opened the package we discovered that we had actually been sent the wrong goods and goods that were considerably cheaper. We contacted the company to be told that they would order the correct goods from the supplier (Alpine) and needed 2 weeks. After 3 weeks still no goods and the company admitted that they could not supply. We asked for instructions on how to return the incorrect goods requesting that we be refunded in full including a contribution towards the importing taxes incurred for importing the goods into the UK which were based on the value of the goods, bearing in mind that the higher value goods were never actually sent. This company has since ignored our requests and we have been forced into making a claim against them with Paypal.

I'm a buyer from the United States and I had my doubts about purchasing products from an unknown overseas seller for items that are normally twice the retail price of what they were selling them for. All I could think of was the acronym "If it's too good to be true, it probably is". After asking multiple questions about the items to both Thorstin and Mit at Extreme Audio on separate occasions, I decided to take a chance. I've got to say I'm really glad I did. This business is legit! I received my product EXACTLY as described and in less than a week! Keep in mind this is an international sale to the U.S. which had shipping time as good or even than if I had bought it in the states! Both Thorstin and Mit communicated with me continually throughout the buying process and afterward answering every question I had with patience and professionalism. They have the best prices hands down for all their products and have excellent customer service. I will always do my future electronics business with Extreme Audio from now on. Thank you Thorstin and Mit. You have a lifelong customer!
