I've used their service before. Quick delivery and a good product so I came back when I needed a replacement.

We ordered the ASO ankle brace and the ASO speed lacer. We needed them in a hurry because of a volleyball tournament. I had them shipped to the hotel we were staying at and it was there when we arrived. Very fast service, great product. Loved both braces and it was comfortable immediately. She had injured an ankle a few weeks earlier and it was all the added support she needed. She has a somewhat narrow and long foot and usually wears a womens 11 regular shoe and and medium size was perfect. I plan to return the one size large I ordered just in case and exchange it for another speed lacer.

I ordered a product that was in stock on Saturday, had it shipped at express overnight for $59 dollars ( product was only $31,) but I needed it for Tuesday , since I was flying out for business on Wed at 7 am . On Monday after checking with UPS it seems the product was shipped ground , with a delivery date of Wed at 10:30 am . I received an e mail from the company on Tuesday evening that they realized the mistake , cancelled the order and resending express overnight for Wed at 8:30 am . At this point they said they wouD give me a partial refund for the shipping . Why should the customer get a PARTIAL REFUND when the company admitted to making the mistake . He is a copy of the e mail

To top it off , the person actually had an attitude when I called .. Never use this company , there are other companies that have the same product , and would be happy to work with the customer .

I ordered two ASO EVO Ankle Stabilizers from Achilles Medical. The pricing was very competitive, and cheaper than Amazon or other alternatives. I ordered during a major snowstorm and expected a delayed delivery, however, I still received the braces within the 2-5 day window (day 4). In contrast, two pair of Adidas pants I had ordered took twice as long to get to me. I am exceptionally happy with my purchase, and will use Achilles Medical in the future, when possible.

I ordered an ASO ankle brace. Order went smoothly; I called for advice first on which version of the brace to get, and they were very helpful. Product is brand new and came in a timely manner.

My ASO Speed Lacer brace was shipped the same day and it arrived promptly 2 days later. The service was fast and the price for the brace was hard to beat (especially free S+H!). I'd definitely recommend Achilles Medical to anyone looking for quality products at an affordable price.

The brace works great, but be sure to use the ankle measurement to determine your proper size. Shoe size determination, in my experience, will result in a brace that is way too big. My shoe size is W8.5 but ankle measurement is 11". By shoe size, I should get "M", by ankle measurement, borderline "S". I ordered "S" and it is very loose around the ankle. Since I already wore it, I ordered another one in "XS".

We ordered an ankle brace for our daughter on monday night and had a great product, just as the website stated, and had it in hand by Friday afternoon. Thanks we will be a repeat customer, and have told our coach and other parents about your company!

The ankle braces were exactly what I was looking for - better than anything you find at your local sporting goods store. Shipping was amazingly fast - product actually arrived a day sooner then expected.

My review is overdue because I ordered a Tee Pee thumb protector, which I got from Achilles Medical at a third of what my doctor's office charged for the first one I had (and it wasn't covered by insurance). Mike from Achilles Med followed up quickly, and shipped the brace quickly (and there were no shipping charges). I was a little worried about whether it would be the exact same one that came through my doctor's office, but it was identical. Now that I've totally worn the original out, I need a new backup (they can be easy to lose for people like me who shove them in their back pocket when washing their hands, etc). I'll count on Achilles Medical again for this one.

I ordered the ASO ankle brace. Achilles Medical had my size in stock and had a far better price than several other sites I looked at. The free shipping made it an even better deal. I received my shipment in 4 days. I already sent the information to my son so he can buy his ankle braces at a great price.

Extremely fast service. Ordered on Monday, product arrived on Thursday. Great service, especially with free shipping. Price of product was lower than it was elsewhere. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

First of all, they took the time to talk through the specifics of my ankle injury. This led them to actually talk me down from a more expensive version of the brace I was all but ready to purchase. Who does that anyway? I'll answer my own question. Someone who wants repeat business...and they'll get it, if have need in the future of a product they sell.

Next, I ordered the product on a Wednesday afternoon (free shipping by the way) and it was in my mailbox less than 24 hours later (we are in the same state, but still!) I played racquetball that same day and was very happy with the ankle brace (and it made sense to me why they had steered me away from the the more expensive and bulkier brace).

Finally... I never take the time or bother to write reviews. The fact that I did speaks to my excellent experience with this company. If I would have made my decision based solely based on the research I had done on Amazon, I would have ended up with a bulkier, heavier, twice as costly brace that would have taken at least twice as long to get to me. The biggest reason I'm writing this review is because it's so rare anymore to get this level and quality of service.
