I dont know if this business is just starting out or not however, the lack of communication is ridiculous. They don't ever answer the phone They dont respond to emails, i was looking for somewhere to rent for a fanily member and thiught i wohld go through them. I will not ever use these and i wouldnt ever recommend them either

I've been renting garages from A C Estates for many years and have always found them to be totally professional, polite and helpful.

Apart from a complete lack of any understanding of what Customer Service actually is, towards tenants or owners, my experiences over the years have been, but not limited to;

Property mismanagement
Fiscal Theft
Ignorance
Ineptitude
Abhorrent communication

This company treats tenants like dirt and owners like they’re a walking wallet that they can just dip in to as/when they’re own mismanagement leaves them short.

AC Estates was fired with them still owing me north of £200 in relation to an electricity bill that belonged to a tenant who was long gone – AC Estates had no interest in investigating, communication or finding a timely resolution.

Would never, EVER, use this company again.

I used AC Estates (Elm Park branch) as a landlord and was generally dissatisfied with their service. I found them to be slow, disorganised and very unreliable. They have the most appalling attitude and always spoke to me as though they were working for nothing and doing me a favour (when they were paid for all the work they done for me). That attitude was also reflected in the poor level of service they provided me with. It seemed as though everything was too much trouble for them and that they were struggling to cope.
They clearly treated my business as low priority which made the void periods/loss of rent greater than it would otherwise have been. They absolutely did not deserve my business and when I eventually had enough of their bad attitude and so called “service” I switched to a much bigger and better letting agent who I am pleased to say have none of AC Estates problems.
