This estate agents deserves minus stars. Enquired to rent a property and the agents made it seem as if they were doing us a favour by telling us “the landlord is painting the house be grateful” when the house was disgusting with dirt and mould just because they wanted the property let. They also work with horrible landlords who think it’s okay to rent a property for £1750 a month that has mould and is absolutely filthy. Jacob is incompetent and useless as a chocolate teapot. He is rude and should be fired. The negligence of his and his co workers lack of communication resulted in the offer falling through. We communicated our offer and the estate agents lied about what we had told them. Silver lining - dodged a bullet with a horrible estate agent and landlord. Be aware. I wouldn’t rent or buy a property from here even if they paid me!!

We bought our home from Noble and as first-time buyers, they made it so easy and smooth. I would like to say a big thank you to Millie who was fantastic throughout the process. She communicated everything to us very quickly and efficiently and was so much help in guiding us through the process. Would recommend them to anyone and when it is time to sell we will be going to Noble.

Allan & Charlie were exceptional in helping my daughter and I buy my new home, nothing was too much if we needed help or advice. I would recommend Noble Residential to anyone seeking to buy a property.

Such a refreshing experience selling a property with Noble Estates! I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the property valuation right through to completion I can honestly say I have never had such a smooth, straightforward experience. Jason was professional and helpful and always returned my calls. The propertyFile portal was great, just use the link to log in and you can see exactly how the sale/purchase is progressing. A much needed wake up call to the usual high street estate agents!
